And here is a further enrichment of our quite turbulent office life… after having successfully completed his business studies, Mr. Hein has been working for our customer service since the beginning of November in a similarly obliging and balanced way. Together with Dennis Gauter, he is engaged in the complete order processing in the charter area, starting with the preparation of offers and order confirmations, the purchase of necessary additional services, such as guide booking and the implementation of catering wishes, up to accounting.

He takes care of the youngest passengers in a very considerate and balanced way and is especially committed to order processing and scheduling school traffic and transportation to workshops for the handicapped.
