How far in advance must I
order?
We recommend that you book as far in advance as
possible.
You should book at least two months in advance for tours in May, June, September and October. Short-term orders can be made any time.
How late may I cancel my contract without
penalty?
If you cancel your trip, you will be charged a
cancellation fee based on when you cancel:
a) 30 or more days in advance of
your trip: 10% of the contract price,
b) 11 to 29 days in advance of your
trip: 25% of the contract price,
c) 0 to 10 days in advance of your trip: 50%
of the contract price.
This rule does not apply to resalers, regular customers and school classes that cannot attend due to illness or a reduction in the number of travellers.
Do all vehicles have seat
belts?
The law requires the following factory equipment:
Buses
constructed after 1999 are equipped with seat belts. Most of our long haul buses
have seat belts.
We care about your safety. Our drivers undergo regular safety training. All vehicles are serviced regularly.
Can I pay per credit
card?
Yes. We accept all major credit cards (AMEX, Visa, Master,
JBC).
Please make sure to submit your credit card information at least one
business day prior to the date of service for verification.
