BerlinMobil additionally employs a circle of permanent staff members consisting of friendly, regularly trained and experienced employees. As an example, we offer the participation in English classes to our staff, and all drivers take part in a qualified training programme which also includes driver safety training with our own buses.
Should there be any problems, BerlinMobil sets standards in terms of obligingness. The most modern communication enables us short-terma reactions - for example if a replacement bus is urgently required or if different matters make a change in disposition necessary.
